Bet you never heard that one before?! I mentioned to a coworker of mine that I’ve found a new love in chia seeds and his first response was, “Like the pet?” 

Typical.

Anyway, my favorite way to get my omega-3 packed, energizing, age-defying fix has been spinkling my seeds on a salad or mixing an after run cocktail (no alcohol, just water…and maybe a squirt of lemon).
